  • 1.  RDS/Citrix UAC level for Users - 2019

    Installed v2019 ADV on a RDS server.  Users are challenged when logging into Sage for a UAC Admin name and PW.

    What is the minimum UAC level needed to get past this challenge encountered when logging in?

    Have you given the users full control to the C:\Sage folder and sub folders on Remote Desktop server?  Has the workstation update been done?
