    Rant on!!!!! is anyone REALLY minding the shop? Just received a letter from Sage today. It arrived in a large 9"" X 12"" and addressed using a 4"" X 1.75"" plan mailing label. Hmm, I thought, are they mailing out certificates of appreciation or one that i am fully certified (i.e. paid up) on the many different hoops we have to jump through. I couldn't wait to get back to the office and whip out my letter opener............ Attached is what they sent me. I redacted the client information. A letter from our buddy Tom informing me of two clients with ""bad"" registration keys. I'm thinking, WTF, they couldn't e-mail this? These clients were fixed many moons ago............. The icing on the cake is that they spent (in addtion to the large envelope and mailing label), $1.65 in postage, not $.45!!!! An extra $1.20 to tell me something I already know. I wonder how many other letters were sent in this manner? I suppose the larger resellers had 100's of clients, so MAYBE their method is warranted for a few. But what ever happened to e-mail? Waste not, Want not?????? For the lack of a nail, the kingdom was lost.........

    Large companies tend to waste money. Insurance companies and hospitals are among the worst, but Sage Software apparently is trying to tie for top dog.

    Nothing like getting informed about a issue that was resolved on April 19th on June 4th ( or at least mailed out June 4th) !! What were they thinking the customer was doing all this time? Just shows you Sage's great customer service ....

    Jeff, I think you need to write a letter to Sage and send it in a 9"" x 12"" envelope with a 4"" x 1.75"" label. Address it to Pascal. Include all the things Sage has lately done that don't make sense.

    I received the invitation to Wednesday's webcast two hours after it started. I would not have known if I had not been following it here. I replied to email thanking them for the invite but it was too late. The next day I received the newsletter describing the upcoming webcast. Sigh.

    If they sent you an email from Tom's email address, you might have replied. They don't want to hear from you (or any of us). Not really.

    Dawn, nice thought. Please send the $2.50 or so for postage and envelope and another $150 for the hour spent generating my response and I'll get right on it.............
