I love how companies make it dreamy easy to sign up/subscribe to a monthly service like credit reporting, subscription radio etc, via slick web interfaces...
But conveniently bury the crap out of how to cancel, and when you find it, your only option is to call a phone number (commonly known as the 'retentions department' ) for them to beg you to stay on and suddenly, miracle of miracles, the cost to stay on drops by 50% to 75%.
