Rant alert !! Sage has become an absolute joke of a company. Long story short, Customer renewed to 100c, they were told they do not need to renew Payroll subscription at this time, new keys killed the Payroll. Called the account manager that processed the renewal, she is out for two days and no one else can fix it, a day later got someone to help, I have to fill out all the forms and communicate between Sage and customer, Sage refuses to communicate with customer even though all payments must go directly to Sage. A whole day wasted and customer still unable to process Payroll. I will sell Excel for Accountants before I sell another Sage....there, I feel better now.
