    A customer's system was hit with ransomware this morning. When trying to login to Sage, they received this message: 

    Error: "ProvideX:Startup Error #100 - No driver for terminal type or library missing"

    Followed by:

    Even hackers understand the value proposition:  The price depends on how fast you write to us.
