Ran a wksetup for MAS 200 4.4.4 and one user ID cannot open MAS. He gets the login screen and it flashes then nothing - no pvxwin32 process running, nothing. My user works on his workstation and it works on another user. Ideas?

Have you checked the server to see if there are any error messages there?

Hmm, he had Auto Logoff selected. Turned it off and now it opens. It's an issue and no fix for it. I wasn't aware of it.

If this is a Vista or even a Windows 7 did you take the client install out of the Program Files folder?

Windows XP. My MAS user worked on that workstation so I knew it was something to do with his user. It now works without that option selected. I don't normally recommend having it on in the first place. I remember in 4.x, the launcher would close but not the program.

Check the Windows Firewall for that work station. This happens when firewall blocks MAS.
