    I think back in the 70's just to call Red Adair about an oil well fire was $1 million for the call(per Time magazine article). The bottom line was if you're calling Red Adair about the problem, you've got a really bad and expensive problem.

    Reminds me of: What if I spend the money training someone and they leave the company? Well what if you don't spend the money to train them and they stay?
