Quick update - I'm thinking that maybe we revise our sponsorship opportunities so that: Silver - Breakfast With The Minds (2 available) - $500/ea Gold - Happy Hour With The Minds (2 Available) - $ 500/ea Platinum - Presentation With The Minds (2 Available) $1,500/ea The first two options are cost free to us. I'm not sure how formal we can get with those meetings either since they are largely held in common areas (unless we have people take breakfast into the meeting room). From memory almost all of our members who up for breakfast and happy hour - and we've had vendors want to ""stop by"" before or after. To do anything more elaborate probably requires more of a vendor exhibit area or more speaking slots - both of which I think would take away from the overall conference experience for members. Oh, and if Sage wants to present in my view they pay as noted above... Given the tepid progress of Sage 100 ERP 2014 I struggle to think of any Sage representative who would add much. I also think we have 90 Minders who can cover the Sage Intelligence as good or better than Sage would.

Oh and there should be a little discount for 90minds members :)

Why call it 'silver' and 'gold' It's the same price. The question they will ask (and I might be one of 'they'. Does breakfast or happy hour mean they can speak and show a powerpoint? if so, how long is the slot? My suggestion is 10 to 15 minutes each.

I would worry that the breakfast and happy hours wouldn't work so well because we are out in the open with other hotel guests. Let me think about it a bit more. I think the prices might be good (ie sellable) at the current, revised $1500 / $2500 / $3500 but let me talk to a few vendors. If no one bites, then we can discuss offering the budget packages. Does that work?

I just don't think there's enough to differentiate the three options. Before we go back to the vendors should we have a clearer distinction?

If we decide on an event we for Saturday we might want to throw together a quick sponsorship for that night. Who knows whether anyone will go for it but it can't hurt. We still have several months before the day and we would have the budget to front the event night ourselves. Maybe even revise our top level sponsorship to include that event?

I'd be interested in some scenario where I can give a 10 minute pitch on our Eversafe solution.
