Quick question...since SAGE support might be sleeping... I have a Purchase Order Number that when I go to inquire it says it is not in History File. Then I go to the Receipt history and you can see both the receipt of goods and the receipt of invoice. How could that happen? If they delete it by mistake it should be there...deleted. Now when I went in the second time, it created it again..

Is it possible it's an old PO that was created before PO history options were available/turned on?

The data in receipt history is read from PO_ReceiptHistoryHeader and PO_ReceiptHistoryDetail. Purchase order history is contained in PO_PurchaseOrderHistoryHeader and PurchaseOrderHistoryDetail. If the PO isn;t in Purchase Order, Inquiries, Purchase Order History Inquiry, then the PO was either not saved in history or something happened and the record(s) is missing.
