Just did a very complicated upgrade from 2015 to 2019. They are now having problems with Quick Print. In Sales Order, quick print doesn't work unless the printing checkbox is checked and in invoice data entry, quick printing prints all invoices in the batch. The "normal" printing options do not seem to pay attention to the print checkbox. Could be doing more weird things but this is what I am aware of.
Sage had posted a writeup (ID 58609) which refers to a utility to address this. SY_SaveSettingsQP_utl I could not find it in any of my installs and Sage was unable to find it either. Does anyone know where/how to find it? Or if there is another fix for this?
