Question regarding bar code fonts from customer: Wayne, I spent a little time investigating the difference between the Code128 barcode created by Azalea and our BarTender software. It looks like the Azalea does not include all 22 bars that the BarTender version does in this particular example. Azalea only has 15 so there must be a setting somewhere to include these other parts of the barcode that are needed. Any thoughts?

The original issue: We are having difficulty getting barcodes to work in crystal reports like we use to. I just noticed that we are trying to use a 2005 version of Azalea C128Tools. Maybe this is causing the problem, so does Sage provide this tool or do we have to pay Azalea to keep a current subscription?

Sage provides it. There are a couple of different flavors to the Code128 bar codes. They may not be using exactly the same version in both implementations. But I'm neither fully awake nor a bar code printing expert.

That's what I told him - check other fonts that are labeled 128. I've seen where there can be several variations.

@wayne are they right clicking and choosing change to barcode

I use Free 3 of 9. Never had an issue with it
