Scanco suggested a client use UFAR on a history file that is more than 2 gig.  Sooooo - do you run UFAR on each file separately?  Once on the .M4T and once on the .001?

But how do the subsequent files get rebuilt, then?  Ugh, I'd much rather just be using the rebuild utilities than UFAR...  I'm assuming that if the UFAR cleaned up enough to put the file under 2 gig, then the new stuff would start writing to that file again until it's full, instead of the 001?    Does it matter?  UGH.

Make a backup of all of them and test.  I think the .001 and .00x are all part of the main file  file and if you rebuild the M4T it will see all of them.  The M4T is the master  and has the master index and the .xxx are internal sub files.

I would love to believe that, but the instructions for UFAR indicate that you can copy the file somewhere else (they suggest the C drive) to make it easier to type in the full path, sooooo - how would it know where the rest of itself was?
