Question on confirming speakers: a. I'm good on the confirmation part - sending draft schedule, ppt as attachments - request title/description b. Do we also need to be requesting a logo (their next question is image size, etc)? Trying to avoid these folks getting several update emails all from different areas of 90 Minds.

Deadline for all this (if we don't put on nobody will respond) -- I'm using 1/18./2016

@MoiraGoggin would be the one to ask about image size but I know she is busy with a customer this morning and won't be at our meeting today. @JimWoodhead do you remember from last year?

@WayneSchulz I began a doc on google for ad specs, that should help some of the questions. @JimWoodhead and I went over the list of logos we already had from last year we have most but I'm allowing for ones that need to be updated or are in wrong format.

I showed those to Moira, We just need to get updated ones..
