Question from a customer:
Can I ask ask you for some insight on Sage's National Accounts. The Sage Knowledge base shows some problems with it like Customer Sales History by Period report is overstated( Some of the Defect ID#'s: 102592,104277,104498,103351,105615,103777, and ID#'s 38337,72991,48330,69372)
Can you tell me if you have anyone using National Accounts, is it a good feature to use, and how is the best way to use it so we do NOT have issues.
Currently using Sage 2017, upgrading this summer to 2018.
Are there program fixes in the 2018 version?
