Question from a customer: Can I ask ask you for some insight on Sage's National Accounts. The Sage Knowledge base shows some problems with it like Customer Sales History by Period report is overstated( Some of the Defect ID#'s: 102592,104277,104498,103351,105615,103777, and ID#'s 38337,72991,48330,69372) Can you tell me if you have anyone using National Accounts, is it a good feature to use, and how is the best way to use it so we do NOT have issues. Currently using Sage 2017, upgrading this summer to 2018. Are there program fixes in the 2018 version?

I have a couple of people using it. In RV country, there is one particular RV company that owns several different sub-companies, all of which have their own shiptos. The main RV company sends in a check for all invoices for all baby companies, so clients were previously having to split it up when they entered cash receipts. This is the main reason my clients use it, but also they have user pricing for all baby companies and this way is easier to keep that up to date rather than having to maintain for all babies. No one has mentioned the reporting, but that doesn't mean it's not wrong.

I have a couple clients using it. Had some start up issues but everything seems to be resolved. Pre existing SO, master and repeating orders have to be tweaked. I believe there is a set up question regarding sales history. Once client on 2015, the other is on 2017. No one has indicated ongoing issues. What version is your client on?

So not a customer, just someone wanting a freebie?

I think it's another partner but I haven't taken the time to look further (off-site today at another customer).
