Question for you Payroll experts, I just want to confirm that that Sage has removed the old PRZDRR program which was the only way to fix the 941 schedule B but now with Aatrix the only way to fix the report now is during the generation process for the 941 (and W-2 for that matter) or going directly into the PR_40 and PR_41 files.

I don't have an install older than 2014 to test but in 2014, 2015 and 2016 it says the program can't be found.

Jim you are correct with how to fix W-2 data issues using the PR_40 and PR_41 file, though once the data is in Aatrix you can fix it there, though it is always a good practice to have both Sage and Aatrix identical data. I am not sure where Aatrix pulls the 941 data though, might be the same files as there is only these two files handling e-filing.

Ron is correct, the only 2 files to alter at pr_40 and pr_41. It is much easier to adjust the figures while processing the forms via Aatrix.

The difficult part is having the detail report match the filed reports. Yikes.. Let's hope Payroll 2.0 has a better solution more robust solution... #dreaming #wishfulthinking
