Are we having a board meeting on Sunday March 1, 2020 after MOTM? 

A couple reminders:

1. We have board member term expirations and therefore elections that will need to occur during MOTM (usually on Saturday end of day).
2. Officers selection follow elections. :)
3. In the past, the first board meeting after MOTM is usual a recap/review, might be nice to have this closer to the event.
4. DSD likely will have a partner day on Wednesday 2/26/2020 as they did last year.  Not that should be a consideration it's more about getting out in front of any schedule conflicts.

For me, the only question is whether it is just Sunday, or Sunday & half-Monday as we now do in Aug-Sep. 

We also need to agree on whether to de facto require all 5 members for these meetings, or make do with 1 missing.

I'm open to whatever the group decides. I just have to be home by 3/3.

I do think it's important that we try to have everyone together for these meetings as they are the big thinking /  big strategy meetings for the year and near future. We could also couple the big meeting with Sage Summit and have a briefer meeting on 3/1 to handle elections and MotM AAR, etc.

I suggest we have a 1/2 day meeting on Sunday March 1, in the morning.  This would hopefully allow @Jim Woodhead to attend for an hour or so before he has to head off to Intacct meeting in Florida. We could hold the officer elections first thing.   ​
