Quarterly Tax Report - have a client who has inactivated employees rather than terminating and has a ton of them, spanning many years. All of a sudden (she says), the Quarterly Tax Report includes all of these people, all with 0 dollars and listed as *INACTIVE*. Says they never used to be there. Any confirmation from out there that Inactive from prior years should not and never has shown up on this report before?

I just upgraded a client from 2014.something to 2017.3. I printed Quarterly Tax Reports before and after. The 2014 report included the $0, Inactive employees. The 2017.3 report does not.
