@Dana Young I appreciate your comment. If you run across the KB# please share it with me. I have searched the KBs and opened case# 8009077190 with Sage. Sage can't find a KB.
If the PO is open, there should be a record lock on it, which one would hope would generate an error message during the receipt of goods update. It is possible that the code doesn't create an error it simply branches to the next line of code and doesn't update the record.

There is an article in the KB somewhere about this happening if the PO is open when posting the ROG. I've had this happen to a particular customer every so often & I have to go in & DFDM the qty received on the PO Details.
