Quality Control Management - Does anyone have a customer who has some sort of QC software that integrates with Sage 100. Just looking to see what others have out there. I have a prospect who wants a QC software but doesn't want to pay X3 prices. They have several QC points on one lot because they send out to several outside processes.

Are they using work order module? WOScan is where I typically start if the client is using work order module and wants QC functionality.

WO or JOScan would be my suggestion depending on which product they use.

Are you asking about WO because you are suggesting making steps for the QC? They will need to attach all kinds of docs for QC results. I see that you can attach per WO, but per step. not sure if this is a requirement.

John, have you this product in play at client sites? If so, how is it working for them?

It is in a JobOps client I share with Walpole, but not integrated with JobOps. Last I talked with them, it was doing the job. This package is also the QC solution for SYSPRO, so it can be very complex.
