Purchase Orders pre-4.4 - client had to switch from non-graphical to graphical. Keeps having a fit when JUST the totals print on a second (or third, etc) page. I've gone brain dead - is there something that can be changed, or is there always a chance of that happening, when you get to X lines?

Did you change the page footer to .25"" instead of .67""? Otherwise, I have condensed the footer sections as much as possible then changed the section formatting to (can't remember exactly, but something like...) Retain minimum space??? That means, it is supposed to only keep the smallest footer section space if the footer is not printed on the first page (or something like that, no Crystal access at the moment).

I did both of those and that just changed how many lines it was before the inevitable happened... I don't seem to remember people bitching about this in 4.4 or in 4.1+ sales orders, etc.

Well, if there's not enough room at the bottom of the first or second page, what do they want? Or are they complaining about the blank space on the bottom of each page?

There is no way to change that. When the details get to a pre-set point it creates a new page. No matter what you do, expand the detail, close the detail the same thing will happned.

Giggle. That was sort of my thoughts, too. But I'm gathering that the non-graphical did something different, but I'm not sure what. Maybe I'll have to wait until tonight and flip it back and forth to see what the diff is. Apparently having only the totals on the second page looks unprofessional. They should know, then, that I'm the wrong person to try to fix that!

@LouisAraiza - I was thinking that, but it just seemed like they should have had it happen on the non-graphical, too, so I thought I was missing something.

Is this happening on EVERY PO regardless of the number of detail lines on each PO?

No, just several times a day. Client's had 2 heart attacks already - I don't want to be responsible for his third (something about that three strikes thing).
