  • 1.  Purchase Orders Not Set to Complete

    End user has some purchase orders that were either under or over received.  After receiving they adjusted the quantity ordered to match the quantity received and invoiced.  The POs are still in the "Open" status.  What needs to happen to set these POs to "Completed" status?

    I think if you run an ROG and update, the status will change.

    Any receipt of goods?  The receipt of goods doesn't need to include any lines on the PO numbers that are open and should be completed?

    ROG for the PO's in question.  If all three fields match exactly, then just process the ROG with no lines and update.
