Purchase Agent Demo: There have been a number of discussions where the recommendation included the possible use of Purchase Agent from JobOps. This prompted me to discuss with Synergistic Software a Webex demo of the software for this group, and they would be happy to do this. Any reseller or consultant can also download the software and get unlocking keys to be able to demo it to your clients any time. And you don't have to be a JobOps reseller to sell it. It seems that if you see a demo and actually load it on your demo system, it will be easier to present to your clients. Thanks John, it looks interesting. Since I don't have any JobOps clients but many with WO, I have to think real hard about just straight distribution customers who would use this. I agree startup is minimal so it's not like I WON'T think hard about my distribution companies.... ;-)

Thanks John and thanks to Mark for joining late. The second pass was good for old people like me and brought out more questions. I have several clients that should see this.

BTW, the videos do not yet have a demo of the BOM explosion. A new video is possibly in process, but may wait until 2013 is released.

Aha! Just thought of a perfect client for this!!!

Still trying to get my head around it. Very simple product that could make a difference to those clients with just the distribution modules and BOM.

. . . with just the distribution module and BOM. Works with BOM, but that is not necessary. Also accesses Projected Demand, if they have MRP.
