Publishers (xTuple, Acumatica) clarification. A few Admin members have asked variations of the same question. Attached is the sheet of the offerings that I have sent them. The short summary is that I have told them both that they are paying for MotM attendance only. This is not a membership in the group - it starts and stops at MotM. I said that this was a trial and that we may expand the involvement in the future. For now, MotM is it. I told them that we would send them a list of attendees. (same as we are offering Vendor members) I told them that they could send two people each. I told them that they can attend all the networking events with the PLATINUM package at $5k (which they both opted to take). FWIW, the GOLD was $3.5k and was a session only. I used the term Publisher Member (erroneously in hindsight) but my conversations and the attached document support the concept that this is not a membership for them but rather an event participation / sponsorship. Please let me know if there are any further questions. Thanks!

By attending, does that mean all attendees are agreeing to be solicited by vendors after the meeting or are we requiring a double opt-in?

I think the Vendor Members and Publishers can do what they want with the lists. This isn't state secrets here. Our membership info is published publicly on the 90 Minds website. And ... I already receive blasts from Accumatica, Infor, Microsoft, SAP, etc. This information is all already out there for the Publishers. Am I thinking about it incorrectly?

Also - it takes two seconds to send someone to spam permanently if you feel they are abusing your inbox. Infor is in mine because they refused to stop sending me their daily emails.

ITA sends their list and I don't think I've been put on any lists. I'm thinking the same as Peter that I'm already on a bunch by virtue of being on the web or a Summit attendee. The attachment looks good. I think you do a great job pulling something together and bringing these folks on board.

Thanks for the feedback Wayne. A lot of how I package things up I've cribbed from your offerings that you have shared over the years so it all comes full circle. :)
