  • 1.  ProvideX to SQL upgrade shortcuts for Paperless Office log files?

    ProvideX V2014 to SQL 2018, sp2 (JobOps) upgrade, but this is a more general question about all upgrades ProvideX to SQL.  

    For the go-live migration, could I migrate the data only (not system files) and have one of our programmers write a program to move the 3 Paperless Office log files from MAS_System to SQL tables?  I'm assuming the other system files haven't changed.

    Paperless Office log files are automatically migrated with the company data.  That was changed quite a while ago, I think

    Thanks for such a quick response.

    I understand that the company specific logs (like AR_CustomerPDFLog.m4) files are migrated with the data, and I should have been more explicit.  I'm asking about the non-company log files, found in MAS_SYSTEM:  PL​_JournalPDFLog.m4t, PL_PeriodEndPDFLog.m4t, and PL_ReportPDFLog.m4t.

    I believe the system logs come over too.  Otherwise there is a *utl utility which might help, and a 90-Minds utility for copying Paperless logs between systems.
