What is this process called ProvideX OLE Server running??? It is new to me...and it is taking two user licenses. Could it be a Salesforce integration with Greytix????? Never seen that process in the task manager. Customer is running v2017 Standard

ProvideX OLE Server is just the BOI (Business Object Interface) that we talk about here which is a common external way to get data in and out of Sage 100. If Greytrix integration uses BOI (is that correct @Dan Cousins), that totally makes sense. When an application or script uses BOI, it will take up a Sage license while it's in use then release it when it's done. In Task Manager it's usually seen as "pvxcom.exe" if you click on the the Details / Processes tab.

I have just checked with the good people at Greytrix and their SFDC Integration uses SData webservice (SData framework provided by Sage) to communicate between two systems.  SData never consumes a Sage 100 license for the data exchange.  For more information, please refer to the attached.
