ProvideX OLE Server is just the BOI (Business Object Interface) that we talk about here which is a common external way to get data in and out of Sage 100. If Greytrix integration uses BOI (is that correct
@Dan Cousins), that totally makes sense. When an application or script uses BOI, it will take up a Sage license while it's in use then release it when it's done. In Task Manager it's usually seen as "pvxcom.exe" if you click on the the Details / Processes tab.
