    FYI Soft is the new name for Renovo... and we have one customer using it. 
    When first implemented, the data had to be in SQL and the customer wasn't on Premium yet, so SQL mirroring was required... and of course DSD stopped supporting their mirroring enhancement a while ago, so you might want to look into that if your customer is not on Premium.
    From what I remember Renovo / FYI handles their own support, with a few hiccups (like fiscal years needing to be refreshed manually by their support, after adding in Sage).  Generally, we point them at the Sage data, and they take care of the rest.  I have no idea how much the customer likes their solution.

    If I recall correctly the primary reason people looked at FYI Soft/Renovo was that it looked and performed very similar to FRx. I’m not sure if that’s still true. I tried to sell customers on it with no luck primarily because those on FRx kept using FRx since it continued to work.
