Good point; I missed that.
However, we aren't choosing yet, only interviewing. We don't know how attractive each of these will be after we discuss this more deeply, and we don't know who will decline offers.
So, I don't think that is a consideration at this early point.

1. Select the top X number candidates
- Call them with an offer to have them complete the application (you can use the one we came up with or create your own)

- Make the final offer(s)
If an offer is rejected, move down one more name on the list and repeat
