I do Sage 50, but always kick the MiSys part to MiSys or someone else, so I am not much help. I end up taking people off Sage 50 + MiSys more than anything else. Sage 50 is not reknowned for bolt ons. There is almost nothing that integrates with it.
Sage 50 does have Sage Business Intelligence, by the way, so maybe you can do some reporting for them.
