    If Joe R doesn't work out then I vote for Scott. He would make a good solid speaker. From the testimonials and what @Basil Malik said on the other thread, he seems to engage his audience effectively, has lots of ideas to share, and unlike some other speakers he engages everyone not just company leadership when he talks about strategies to lead. Maybe there's a quick YouTube one of his past keynotes. I'll bet he's the right kind of touchy-feely.

    I like Scott for either option - if Joe R is out, then Scott would be a good Keynote replacement.  However, I was voting yes for Scott in addition to Joe R doing the Keynote.  I like the idea of having several different speakers like this, and I think Scott's keynote and breakout would be great.

    Now, if I misunderstood what Anne said about having Scott do his stuff on day two, then ignore everything I wrote above.  I will go back to sleep.
