The proposal is interesting and a bit amusing in some aspects. For example, he stresses subscription modeling as a cornerstone to effective consulting. Then, at the end of the proposal he explains his pricing as $43 per hour, an 80% discount off his usual rate. If he's a subscription evangelist, why would he care about how much he's making per hour? Also, listing how long it takes him to prepare surveys and proposals doesn't matter. If this is his business these keynotes and learning sessions can be re-used. He's not developing new curriculum for every project. That said, i do like the subject matter and it is appropriate for the audience and would probably be well attended. It seems to have some similarity to an Ed and Ron presentation.
