Property Management-is ACS the only game in town? Pros or Cons? Thanks

The only one I have found. I have two clients using and two others for other industries over the years (cell towers and fiber lines). I have worked with other resellers on the east coast training as well over the years. It does manage the leases. I have had some upgrade issues (in the far past). A lot of these people are looking for rental portals and other modernizations that I have not seen in ACS PM2000.

I have one client who has used it for many years and it meets the needs for their business.

I have one customer with approx. 30 properties. Works OK for existing Sage 100 users, but lacks modern features. Also, sloppy programming on newer releases, requiring extensive testing and a lot of frustration.

It's the only one I know of for Sage 100. I have reviewed it a number of times and it is sufficient for most types of Property Management.

Here I am bringing back from the dead this thread..... PM2000 is now part of Scanco...but I would like to know if after a couple of years anyone has been able to find another alternative for Property Manangement.

No trying to sell or not sell anything else but alternatives that I have seen are Yardi for PM and integrate accounting to Sage 100 (although Yardi does accountiing as well) or look at Sage Intacct which has some great functionality for property management
