  • 1.  Programs won't open on laptop docked with two additional monitors attached

    Client has reported that for past week her laptop will not open multiple Sage panels if she has external monitors attached.  Docked laptop works fine when the two monitors are detached from the docking station.  Attach and it freezes.  Requested that she attach one at a time to rule out a specific monitor.

    Any thoughts?

    Try lowering the screen resolution.  You could also have them try changing or updating the video driver.
