    Is there a way or an enhancement to have the percentage warning to be different for product lines??? I looked at DSD and found nothing....

    Sure, possible in a script.  Get the % from the PL, Standard Cost from the item, and calculate margin against UnitPrice (allowing for UoM conversion, possibly currency...).  Not too complicated.
