  • 1.  Production Management Work Ticket Step Extended Text

    In Work Ticket Printing (Work Ticket Traveler) I can't find the Work Ticket StepText to print for steps that have an extended description.  In the JT_WorkTicketWrk file I only see the Step Description which has the first 30 characters, no field for the Step Text.  I did a sub-report to grab the field from the JT_WorkTicketText file but now I can't find a way to suppress the Step Description when there is an extended description in the sub-report.  Maybe I'm missing something simple?

    A sub-report should not be required, that field is in the JT_WorkTicketWrk file = WorkTicketText
