I'm trying out Work Ticket Label Printing from the Main menu. It doesn't work - "no data selected to print", even though I left everything at "All' selected. The documentation that I found here in 90minds shows a Select button in the screen, but my customer's installation has no such Select button. I have even reinstalled 2024 PU1 and ran the CO utility even though there are no screen customizations for this. Does anyone have a WT Label Printing Screen that has the Select button? or for that matter have you been able to run this and actually print labels? Doesn't it seem lame to not have a work ticket number range to pick from ? It seems logical to me to have a work ticket number range in the selection area. Such a seemingly simple program that I can't get to print a single label.
