Just an FYI, for Production Management, version 2022, if you want the quantity received at the received cost during PO ROGS, then dynamic materials must be checked in the PM Options.  Otherwise, the item will be on the WT when linked, however will require a manual material issue and the inventory cost will be the cost from the inventory module vs. the specific PO cost.  This is different than the previous versions of PM and documentation does not spell this out.

@Michele Herzog so when the ROGS is processed, the item goes into inventory?  I thought with Dynamic Inventory turned off, when you update the material usage register, it then receives the material to the WT.
