Production Management V2021 PU2 - this bug occurs when the finished good's sales order UOM is different than the stock UOM:
- Enter a work ticket and reference a sales order
- Choose the sales order item; the finished good and its order quantity automatically populates based on the sales order UOM (working properly)
- The raw materials' UOM conversion is not performed (bug)
Example:
- Finished good's stock UOM is LB; sales UOM is TON; conversion factor is 2,000 LB per TON.
- Sales order shows 1 TON.
- Work ticket referencing sales order populates finished good qty. 1 TON.
- BOM shows raw material line-item requirement of 1 LB per parent quantity 1.
- Raw material on work ticket has quantity 1 instead of the correct quantity of 2,000.
I confirmed that in Work Order this UOM conversion is working properly. Sage has confirmed this as well and submitted this as a PM bug. Case #8009028947.
