    While we try to navigate the finger pointing between Scanco and Sage, Andrew Neal at Scanco got Sage to officially release this document to the Knowledgebase.  Scanco has completed their "last training course", and Sage will conduct any new training sessions.  Still trying to get Sage to treat our client PM Average Costing Problem with some urgency...

    Support is provided by Sage. All Production Management support questions and issues need to be reported to the Sage Support team. A support ticket may be created by calling Sage at 800-854-3415 or via the Customer or Partner Portal.


    NOTE: You must either be an end-user that is paying for the use of Production Management or a certified consultant on Production Management to contact Sage Support. Pricing for Sage's assistance on support items is dependent upon your level of business care with Sage, and/or for a reseller is dependent upon your reseller plan with Sage.

    We have had two PM support calls with Sage support and a Scanco developer on the line in the last week.  We call Sage and they typically do the first line support but when we get past that they have been sending it over to Scanco.  Our understanding was that is the process through the end of the year when Sage finally gets the code and so do the Sage MD's.  I'm curious to hear what others have experienced.

    Bernie,

    Much the same with our interactions with support.  They aren't really sure usually and reach out to Scanco.  I'm happy to see it go into Sage's hands, there are some things with UDF's and VI that need fixed that no one seems to be addressing and maybe there will be some more information about the BOI side of things.  We have done a lot thru BOI but we are stuck trying to explode options selected into work ticket when creating the work ticket thru BOI for the sales order line and no one seems to know the answer....when our MD gets the code I'm sure we will crack the nut quick...
