Client (v2019 PU 2) wants to start using PM instead of WO. Made of copy of the MAS90 folder and installed PM to it. Converted the companies, activated PM, set up the required tables then ran the utility to migrate the WO data. Ran report to list cost detail in open work orders only to discover there is no data in the tables. Nothing appears to have converted. I am aware that history does not convert, but open data should. Certainly not the outcome I expected.
Did I miss a critical step???
