  • 1.  Production Management doubling amounts on daily transaction register

    Client upgrade from v2020 to v2023 PU2 and using Production Management.  No enhancements other than ScanForce.  Transactions were entered directly in Sage for our testing to bypass ScanForce.  They backflush labor and materials at completion and use actual cost.  When they enter a completion in the 2023 version the amounts for the labor, material and completion registers are correct.  When the daily transaction register spins up and posts, all dollar amounts for all journals are doubled - every time.   We have many clients on 2023 and have not run across this - has anyone else?

    Did you do the middle step at v2021 that Sage says is necessary to go from v2020 PM to 2022+ PM?

    We did though I would think Sage could just include both conversion routines in the later upgrades and prevent a miss from happening.  We realized this morning that Multi Bin Advanced had been added during the upgrade (I missed that last night, it was past my bedtime...) and that appears to be the culprit.  When we rename the LINKS folder the daily transaction register amounts are correct.  An program update from DSD is getting installed tonight and hopefully that will take care of it.  Thanks for the feedback!
