Surprise, surprise, another issue with the Sage Knowledgebase. Upon getting into the Sage Portal and accessing the Knowledgebase, it incorrectly brings you to a page where you can't select a Sage product (i.e.,
https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/microsites/searchEntry.do). It appears this link should be
https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/microsites/microsite.do. So you can either manually specify this link, or click on either the ""Sage Knowledgebase"" or ""< Back to home"" links in the upper-left.
