Sage 100

Produce Wholesaler is using Sage 100 Advance Version 4.3. Has 500 customers and wants to know what is the best way to send an email to all 500 customers when there is a product recall. Anyone doing something like this? TIA

I believe a couple of our clients have used crystal or VI to get the email and merge field list for a MS Word Mail Merge.

Excel Queries will also work very well.

Not to beat a dead horse with Excel queries (or customize an ALE then export to Excel), but if you go this route, the inforamation is already in Office so the next step is to create the merge file.
