    Need help! Upgrading a client over the weekend from CRM 7.3 to CRM 2021 with Sage 2020. Running into an issue with all CRM users on any workstation or server when you select an order or invoice to print from CRM there are no forms to select. If I go into Sage 2020 and select the same order I can see and print from the forms. I get the following error when I close the window from CRM. Error 11 SY_FormUI.pvc Line 275. I was not able to find anything similar to this error on the knowledge base. Attached screenshot of error and windows inside of CRM.

    • Restore MAS90/MAS_System/SY_ReportManagerTemplate.m4t backup to resolve this issue.
    • This issue can also be resolved by reinstalling Library Master and System Setup.
    • If no backup is available, contact Sage Customer Support.
