Sage 100

Something weird...finally upgraded customer to v2019 with Payroll. Everything runs as planned....when they try to post a check register in Payroll, the system hangs and all the printers dissappear from all workstations except DEFERRED... I go ahead and uninstall from that workstation...reinstall workstation and the printers reappear in all workstations. Crystal is only installed in the server and it happens only when they try to post Payroll from any workstation.... any ideas????

Invalid printers (drivers) on the network?  Everybody have the correct permissions to the folders?

I will confirm...but v2019 is installed in the same sage folder as v2017...should have everyone with Full Access....
