Jane - Recently for a Sage 100 Premium v2020 system, where they changed from Citrix running on Server 2008 to 2 load-balanced RDS / Terminal Servers running Server 2002, I told the customer and their IT that based on their number of remote users, (like Jim said), TSPrint or an equivalent product that can manage redirected printers was
required. IT liked it and implemented TSPrint because it means they didn't have to create a separate network printer on the server for every local printer and manage all that, and I had already told them redirected printing had to be disabled which they didn't like.
