    Printer not activated, error code -60 Just installed PU8 on a 2013 Advanced system. From their Citrix server, which runs Windows Server 2003, get the above error when printing to PL. There is a Sage KB article (51054) that notes that it occurs when running Sage 100 on a server OS, and that Sage is working with Amyuni on it (not holding my breath). Workaround: RDP to server and print from there. The KB also says it only occurs on Server 2012. By the way, logged into the Citrix server as Administrator. @AlnoorCassim - one of these docs is yours. Is there is a step 4c for the environment I've described? Anyone else have any additional advice?

    Do they connect to an actual desktop, or just to MAS as an application? Do they have MAS installed on their local machine (outside the Citrix server)? It sounds like Citrix might be redirecting an Amyuni or Sage PDF Printer into Citrix...

    I had a similar problem which was resolved by running PL_ADVANCEDOPTIONS_UI and just selecting the TEST button on each workstation. Give that a try.

    Ok, so the issue is I was directly logged onto the box(GoToAssist). Logging in using Citrix connection allows Paperless. Whew! Thanks!

    Getting this error message on MY server..... The PO_AdvancedOptions hasn't fixed it. Will check other solutions when my clients stop calling because they updated on 12/24/2015 instead of 2014... Printer not activated 60.pdf describes my issues exactly. It doesn't work from the server console. However, MY server is 2008 Standard, not 2012 as written in the article. Guess I won't bother troubleshooting...

    I'm not 100% sure but I believe what you and Jeff ran into with Error Code -60 is a new issue with the 5.0x 64-bit version of the Amyuni driver running directly (logged into the console) on a 64-bit server o/s (e.g. Server 2008 64-bit or Server 2012 which is only 64-bit) . IOW, it's not a 2012 specific issue as article says but RDP and Citrix connections do work as it says. The new Amyuni driver gets installed when you run WksUpdate Standard or WksUpdate Advanced after installing PU4 (2013) or PU8 (2013). There are also updates to MAS programs ( Sy_PDFConveter, Sy_ReportEngine, etc) to support the new ""Sage 100 PDF Converter"". Despite this issue this Amyuni driver is superior to the previous 3.0x version and should have been in place 1.5 years ago. Kudos to @JohnnyPabian for that his visit to Sage to talk to PM and to John Nichols was more influential than the hundreds of cases logged by Support. Ex: In both regular and high security environments, you can keep the default NUL: as the printer port (don't need Sage port or public version of Sage port) and it sets the printer permissions correctly to begin with. Hopefully we will discover a trick to work around the error code -60 issue. In the meantime here's an updated version of my doc.
