  • 1.  Price Change Logging / Tracking

    Is there a way to track changes to customer prices made in item maintenance, Price Override pricing in Item Pricing Maintenance?  I don't see those changes on the item audit report.

    I know DSD has a mod for sales order changes - do they have one for this?

    If the customer is on Premium, triggers could be created to log changes.

    Pre-write / post-write script on IM_PriceCode should be able to do that.

    SAW / KS / ActionQ could do an alert too.

    I wonder if by chance that'll be part of the S/O Audit Tracking in the v2025 release.  I'm guessing prob not.
