Preview is not available on workstations that have the Sage 100 ERP server path set to NO ACCESS"" when previewing a Sales Order ... anyone know how to resolve this issue? Sage 100 Advanced version 2013.

Did you include the UNC path in the workstation setup?

I think that prompt comes up after server name, server port, then enter UNC path which includes one level above the MAS90 folder.

I don't know about v2013 but when running Wkstn Setup from the CD / DVD the last question in the wizard was about the UNC path for ODBC access and it would default to NO ACCESS (but not if you ran Wkstn Setup from the \mas90\wksetup folder). If you leave it like this you basically get no ODBC access. So you'll have to manually fix the path on each wkstn that has NO ACCESS set. This was an old design back when MAS 200 came out for the 1st time in 3.2x when there were workstations connecting remotely with dial-up and ISDN connections, before Terminal Server became popular with MAS. The idea was you make a conscious decision to not print Crystal forms and reports but instead use the old character based ones which are much faster with low speed connections. I have a bunch more arcane MAS facts known to a few.

Thanks everyone, this is another weird thing going on at the client whereby the workstation had to be reinstalled. There did not seem to be any evidence of AV being active so I don't know how the workstation got corrupted, but it did.
