  • 1.  Prevent edit of gl account in AR Invoice Data Entry

    Does anyone know of an out of the box method to prevent a user from changing the GL account in AR Invoice Data Entry?  It seems like something that should be in Roles, but I'm not finding anything.  Am I missing something obvious?  Client is on Sage 100 2016.

    The field can be hidden in Custom Office, but I don't see an option for it to be visible and non-accessible.

    Doing that would basically make /M unusable.  I had one customer who wanted it hidden / disabled, but we quickly ran into that roadblock.  I can't remember if we wrote a script instead, but one should be possible (in theory).
